Sr. ERP Delivery Manager

Job Description

A senior-level expert in ERP (SAP/ORACLE) solutions who provides guidance and leadership to clients and teams on complex ERP projects. They possess deep knowledge of ERP (SAP/ORACLE) products, business processes, and best practices, and are responsible for driving successful project outcomes and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design and Implementation:
  Leading the design and configuration of ERP solutions across various modules, and deployment options (on-premise, cloud, hybrid).
  
• Business Process Optimization:
  Guiding clients in leveraging ERP solutions to optimize their business processes and achieve strategic goals. 
  
• Project Management:
  Managing project teams, ensuring deliverables are met, and maintaining client satisfaction. 
  
• Pre-Sales and Sales Support:
  Supporting pre-sales activities, providing expert advice, and contributing to sales proposals. 
  
• Client Relationship Management:
  Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle. 
  
• Thought Leadership:
  Contributing to the development of best practices, templates, and methodologies for ERP (SAP/ORACLE) implementations. 
  
• Innovation and Transformation:
  Driving disruptive business innovation and supporting clients in their digital transformation journey. 
  
  
  

Skills and Qualifications:

• Extensive ERP (SAP/ORACLE) Experience:
  Deep expertise in specific ERP (SAP/ORACLE) modules e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle EBS and related business processes. 
  
• Technical Proficiency:
  Strong understanding of ERP (SAP/ORACLE) architecture, integration capabilities, and relevant technologies. 
  
• Business Acumen:
  Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and understand the broader business context. 
  
• Leadership and Communication:
  Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead diverse teams. 
  
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and develop effective solutions.
