Executive Forum on AI-Driven Human Capital Management

Intrasoft Middle East, in collaboration with SAP, concluded the “Intrasoft & SAP Executive HR Forum Jordan 2026: Shaping the Future of HR with AI and Automation,” dedicated to the evolution of human capital management (HCM) and the role of artificial intelligence in the workplace.

Held at The Ritz-Carlton, Amman, the event brought together leading enterprise customers and strategic partners to examine how organizations are using cloud architecture, automation, and AI to redefine workforce productivity and business performance.

Sessions explored global shifts in talent acquisition, employee retention, and operations management, with a primary emphasis on embedding AI into core HR workflows. Presentations demonstrated how SAP SuccessFactors, supported by SAP Business AI, can streamline HR processes and bring AI-assisted capabilities into daily HR operations, helping organizations improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance employee engagement. TechChef also presented workforce analytics solutions available through SAP Business Data Cloud, highlighting how organizations can leverage data to gain deeper insights and make more informed decisions.

A customer panel brought the discussion into practice. Leaders from Hikma Pharmaceuticals and Jordan Kuwait Bank shared their experiences of HR transformation with SAP SuccessFactors, giving the audience a direct view of the journey and the value it has delivered.
